My microphone mic hasn't been working for one year now I can't use voice search or Google search I thought it was a software issue But I could not use UA-cam search or do a mic test hence it was hardware , it randomly worked yesterday and its gone off today
@@GoldenNanotech Mine ligts up (white led), it starts, and then resets. White led blinks, it resets, and it continues like that in loop. So , I have starting picture ( black one with xiaomi logo on tv), and then it resets, and it continues in loop. Do you know what could be a problem? Power suply is ok, I've tried another one, since I have 3 xiaomi sticks on other TVs. Thanx
Did you manage to fix it, I suspect mine also has a short, there was a power surge I think, then it just went dark, on trying to power it up it doesn't come on, instead, it becomes really hot so I'm forced to disconnect from power.
Please try not to use the TV USB interface for power supply, the surge will cause damage to the BOX
True I damaged my tv box due to this. Any solution to that?

I have tried numerous times to reset to factory settings but it still will not load any help please

Mine has shown same symptom.
i have the same problem, no power to the stick ....any more suggestions on fixing?
