Honestly still don't get it why there is no 60fps or more at launch when you have a game like Doom Eternal running at 1440p/60 FPS or 1080p/120 FPS in performance mode on series S! Every Xbox studio should start using id Tech engine! The DooM games probably are the most optimized games every platform they're released on (PC,XB,PS,SW).
From that I found it's due to the main development being done during Covid and deadlines. So long as they do add 60-120fps later down the track I don't see any problems.
This fella was low on my list for a single-player playthrough - until I saw him toss the teleporty thing on to the rooftop. We've got Dishonored's blink back, now we can go anywhere!
Looking fun, memorable and atmospheric. Despite the negativity surrounding Redfall, I still love Arkane. I may wait a bit till they get issues straightened out but looking forward to enjoying this via PC gamepass 🙂

I'm playing it and there is a reason it's getting hate. 💔😭 I'm glad it's on game pass otherwise it would really have made me upset. Try the game and see what I mean. I crashed 2 time's and only level 3 and the graphics look nothing like the trailers, plus the vampires take forever to react to you and the hole door changing shape randomly isn't on purpose I'm sure plus the dialogue gets really confusing at times like it supposed to be dialogue from farther in the game or I don't know.

@@jomiguides the main issue most likely doesnt stem from the hardware.. but the older game engine.. gotham knights did the same 4 player unteathered co op along with also using the same game engine and they flat out said they couldn't get 60 to work at all.. now had both games been done on unreal 5 instead of 4 probably wouldn't have been a problem... but games take years to make and 5 wasnt finished yet to use back then.

Bugthesda the game studio so great they had to devote a whole chapter in Elder Scrolls to just fixing known bugs and making you pay for them fixing bugs from old content.

even in 60 FPS I am really dissapointed. This doesn't look fun, kinda sterile and undynamic. Some slow paced gameplay with brain dead npcs vibes. Story seems also very mediocre, if even there. I think this had a lot more potential...but let's wait for the reviews...very sceptical.
