Yesung has short legs, long back, and flexible muscles, therefore enabling his to do that properly like a ballerina. Leetuek has long legs, average back, not so flexible muscles and hit abs, he put in much effort, but almost broke his back.

It may give you a bit of an advantage because you probably don't require as much flexibility to reach down. But i mean if you had stiff muscles, long back or not no one would be able to reach down like that XD
