Love the videos! The way your players improve by 3/4 overalls a season confuses me because on console, I am lucky to have my "wonderkids" improve 2 overall a season. Is there a mod or different dynamic applied to FIFA on a PC that allows you to progress and improve players quicker?
Thanks man! & tbf when you have no worries about being sacked it defo makes it easier to improve players
But if you ensure they get game time, so sell/loan/release any other player in their position for example to MAKE SURE they get proper game time that’s a start
Keep them happy, contracts good etc
Regularly check their development plan & keep it on the one that improves them the fastest & make sure the coaching system is up to scratch
This is all I do and most of the time it works great!

I find it weird that everytime you do a free agents rebuild, after the first season they are always different and same for me in career mode. Like the players you get, I don’t and same for regens.
Tbf I do have an advantage over you guys as I use mods that allows me to see ratings without scouting which MASSIVELY helps me make the videos
There’s some players I see every single time however I don’t wanna be repetitive so I really do search, sometimes I don’t find anyone worth bringing in, sometimes I get INSANELY lucky😂,
I always say this in the videos but it really is the case of properly looking in the free agents list & hoping for the best, there’s never a guarantee you’re gonna find anyone good
But for regens you just need to keep track of retiring players & hopefully instead of landing at their club they retired at they end up a free agent!
