Videos like this kinda blow my mind. When I was a kid playing OoT on the N64, Id try to find ways to record the relaxing music from my favorite locations but was never successful. My family thought it was weird that I wanted to listen to video game music outside of the game. once You tube became a thing, and the tech got better, more and more videos would pop up like this. and I would feel so grateful to the people who made things like this. And I'm still grateful. Not only for the music, but also in knowing I'm not weird for liking game music as much as I do.
Ah you were never weird to begin with! I hope you had that realization too. It's actually kind of silly, maybe even weird if you wanna describe it that way, that your family thought it was strange since its always been, at its conception and end, music! Listening to a record play a full set of Beethoven's sonatas is quite the same because you're simply listening to a pleasant junction of sound(s).
This was a big realisation for me too, but I realised that the people making me feel weird for liking this kind of music were completely wrong! Music is music. It’s the same as old classical music. It doesn’t need words to make you feel emotions. The songs I grew up listening to mean more to me than anything else, and hearing them when I sleep is one of the only genuinely relaxing things to me
In the early 90s, I would use my small boombox with a built-in mic to record the music from A Link to the Past. I still have a cassette tape somewhere with about 90 minute's worth of the Sanctuary theme, the Lost Woods, and the Eastern Palace. Here we are 30+ years later, and I'm still listening to Zelda music.
You are not alone in this matter my dear friend. I too tremendously enjoy video game music like this and I always will until the day or night death takes me.
Lots of ups and downs are being faced by me this time.Lots of people whom I love and care are going to be away from me soon.But I have myself and the hope to meet them again.The hope to make my parents proud ,the hope to prove myself worthy ,the hope to meet my beloved again more stronger,wiser and happier .These hopes keep me alive and make me continue to hustle and face the worst situations.
It’s one of the greatest things to venture out into the world and finding your own path. Take it from somebody who left his beloved family and friends behind in Europe to move across the Pacific Ocean to follow his dreams all by himself. It was one of the greatest things I’ve ever done in my life. Finding yourself, developing your talents and doing what you are meant to be doing is the reason of life. You will visit your loved ones in the future and everybody will be so proud of what you have achieved. All the best to you ♥️
These videos are my go to study music! but I also love listening to it while I start to prepare for bed. All the good memories tied to the game make my day to day task enjoyable, like tricking the brain haha. Thank you for these!!

And we are happy you found us! There should be dragons, but they have been absent in the game, and we don't know why, which could be a modification that have turned them off. We will see if we can solve the issue and have them show up in future videos. 😀 And Lurelin village is deffiently on our radar, would be a nice vacation for our hero.

The moment you realize how much Link suffered is horrible. His friends died, Its canon that he is worried if he speaks or shows emotion people won't care for him, he possibly was trained at a younger age then all the other knights, Zelda tells him once Hes a reflection of her mistakes, heck half the game he does not sleep he sits at fires all night, he works, Or he sleeps at stables. It is canon how much he suffered, And thats why I enjoy Seeing him eating or Interacting with dogs or In this case,Finally sleeping without some giant monster Destroying Hyrule. After all, *Hes only 17.* EVEN IN HIS SLEEP HE AIN'T SMILING!
