Very interesting, I just got through a "Choice" chat and it's the seller that answered my questions directly not an Aliexpress agent. So maybe this is not as bad as we thought.
I believe there are two types of Choice suppliers, some have Choice and you can still message the supplier directly, but some are Pure Choice suppliers where you talk to an Aliexpress Agent instead of the supplier, which you should avoid. So you may have spoken to a Choice supplier but not a Pure Choice one, which is good.

are you sure it's the suppliers who choose the packaging? or that they even have an option to do so? I read somewhere that aliexpress has a fulfilment centre that packs it in the choice packages before they ship it out.
It depends on which Choice suppliers you're going with. If it's pure choice then I have no idea because I don't work with pure choice suppliers. Pure choice is where you can't contact the supplier when you click message and instead you speak with an AliExpress agent. You can always try testing it out. Place an order and leave a message telling the supplier to use plain/gray packaging.
So I want to ship multiple items from different sellers, but they group them together in a bag with aliexpress logo on. Does this not happen to you when you're selling multiple item orders? Does leaving a DSers message the way you show work for multiple item orders?
It works differently with all suppliers and AliExpress are constantly changing the way they process orders so information may sometimes be outdated. Usually it is the pure choice suppliers who ship items out with the AliExpress bag.
Hey I contacted Dsers about this message "we dont want Aliexpress logo" and replied "it's not safe since the supplier can just ignore it. Then I tried to contact many suppliers and they said we aren't able to do something like that. What are ur thoughts?
Find yourself suppliers who will work with you. Are you contacting suppliers with or without choice and if their choice are you talking to the supplier themselves or the Ali support chat.

Do we actually need to use the Choice store? I see that some suppliers have higher product quality, but they are not the Choice store. However, shipping takes longer and the product price costs more.
Most suppliers are with choice now, but not all are "Pure choice". You don't have to work with choice stores. Shipping times may be estimated as 3+ weeks but most parcels arrive within 2 weeks if you use Aliexpress Standard Shipping.
I've heard horror stories with them but it really depends on the agent they give you and the products you ask them to supply. Their support team can also be fairly bad when shit hits the fan. I've used DSers and AliExpress for 3 years now and still recommend it.

Don't sell it. Have you tried installing the AliExpress app and using the AliExpress Image Search function? You should be able to find suppliers selling the exact same product.
I was trying to source the aqua gun because I know I can still sell it easy in my country but every seller from Ali writes that they don’t support dropshipping at the current time. Any solutions? I had an organic store last year and it went pretty well but things have changed I guess ANY help would be welcome
Hmm that's annoying are the stores you're contacting Choice suppliers by any chance? They're still pretty new and AliExpress keeps changing their system so I am also learning on the go. This is new to me though as most suppliers dropship unless they're pure choice/AliExpress themselves.

Doesn't work for me, Choice ALWAYS shows me a charge for shipping. Last one with a Choice it was $156 and without choice $4 . Well, I can wait. May be I'm missing something but Choice is messing my basket too. And biggest I do not get, if order is over $300 why it is trying to charge me $156 in the shipping... Anyways, i don't understand my benefit from this option and I get rid of it asap. There is NO free shipping, at list for me.

What bank do you use? I'm trying to sign up to Starling's business account (as a sole trader) but they keep declining me basically. Monzo declined me too lol. (first time i've ever been declined opening a bank account)
As a sole trader, just set up a new personal card with any bank and only use that card for your business venture. Once you make enough money create an LTD company and then set up a business bank account. I talk about this process in my recent guide on how to start dropshipping (start and end)

Leave a message inside the order saying that you want plain packaging and order a sample for yourself. I've been shipping with Choice suppliers for over 6 months now and no issues so far in terms of Choice packaging. AliExpress are forever changing its system so you need to keep on adapting to their ways. One of the downsides of dropshipping. Not sure if you watched the entire video but I avoid using suppliers if their messaging system directs you to the AliExpress team and not the supplier themselves.
I found some interesting products but the best sellers are on Choice, unlike what you have in your video (yellow chat), there are no buttons to contact the sellers. Is my only option to "leave a message" to the supplier ? Otherwise I'd have to go with the second or third seller. Since I'm stuck because of administrative papers I will buy some products to see the quality, learn more about the niche and create creatives. If I do this one time purchase and specify not to include his brand would that be a good test ?
Avoid the ones without the chat message. They are also pure choice suppliers and it'll be difficult to work with them in the future. Best to go with alternative suppliers. Use the AliExpress Image searcher tool to find alternative suppliers for the same product. Always good to order samples and create your own content and test quality.
@@TheMatthew974 I haven't actually and I don't think losing sales = unhappy customers, it might just be that it's a slower season, and sales might be going to competitors like Temu or other suppliers on Aliexpress, etc.
@@theecomzone @theecomzone I didn't express myself correctly, it's not that the number of sells per day is decreasing I meant that they had 600 total items sold on Monday and on Wednesday they now have 550 total item sold (in the lifetime of the shop, it's like negative sells). I guess that they had 50 returns but I don't know if it's the correct conlusion.

I want to avoid suppliers that use the aliexpress customer support (so I can contact supplier directly), but I found a seller that charges $4 less per item compared to others… too risky? Store shows 95.5% positive feedback. Reviews look good but they have 400 total vs 2,000+ on other sellers
Yeah, I try to avoid suppliers with the Alix support chat too. There will be price variation between suppliers. As long as the store has 90%+ overall feedback with lots of orders and product reviews then it should be safe to order with them. However, I wouldn't go with Choice suppliers with Alix support chat just because they were cheaper, because that's how they get you into buying from them instead of other non-Choice suppliers or Choice suppliers that do not have Alix support chat.

@@CristianR9894 It's only bad if they are Choice Suppliers with Choice packaging/Aliexpress Support Chat. But if you can speak to them directly and make sure they don't use Choice packaging then you're good to go IMO. Without seeing the product link itself, I can't make the decision. It's a risk that you just have to manage as you go along.
If you leave a note in the order maybe, but again this is a fairly new system for me too, and they're constantly changing the way they process parcels so it's best to order a sample if you're going to use pure choice suppliers. I stay away from them.
Yes for now I am still using AliExpress Standard Shipping, but soon it will move over to like AliExpress Selected Shipping, it's the one that Choice suppliers offers. Just make sure it has quick shipping and tracking available and is cheap/free.

You would have to reimport all your products via DSers I think. However, to confirm this speaks with DSers customer support and they may have a quicker way of doing this. You'll also need to find all your products first in AliExpress
They changed the UI now so I'm going to have to do another video. But when you message the supplier it will direct you to the AliExpress agent instead of the supplier. Avoid these as you want to build a direct relationship with your suppliers.

@@theecomzone Do you use AE analyzer? The graphs are showing that some sellers are losing sales so I interpret it as returns from unhappy customers.

Unfortunately, some choice suppliers are pure choice so you can't message those suppliers and it will only allow you to speak to an AliExpress agent.
