This particular version of the NIV is the Holy Book I’ve had for my whole Christian life. I think it’s the finest translation of the Bible ever. I’ve tried reading the 2011 but it’s not the same. I’m so very grateful that it is the one chosen for this channel to use. I like most Bible translations but the 1979 NIV has always been my go to.🙏✝️❤️🔥God bless you and thanks again! 18 years ago I met Jesus in a Brilliant light, on my deck, I so longed to serve Jesus, however with phoney fake churches, and having no church to go to ( covid has closed churches, I am so lonely, so, so, sad, I sometimes don't think I can go on, I do not hear from the Lord anymore....my heart is totally broken, I am sooooo lost, please will you pray for me? I met Jesus in a miraculous bright light way, 18 years ago, I left my life for a time, however slowly have drifted back to the world, and now slowly and so sadly, went back to the world. I am not a believer in Calvinist ( Once Saved, Always Saved ) !!! There are many scriptures support this. One, is in Hebrews 10:26-27 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the Knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that we will consume the enemies of God. Please, pray for me, I guess I am one of the foolish virgins that Jesus speaks of in Matthew 25:1-13 So I am grateful for your prayers.....Thank you!!!
