Doing a quick update. I miss this bike, but I sold it several years back to someone who wanted a Bradshaw replica. He did the Bradshaw conversion, then promptly sold it to a guy who raced the Super Evo class on the West Coast. He used this bike as a back-up in a pinch. Got the holeshot, finished 2nd. Thats the last I heard of it. Wished I kept it, but I plan to do a WR version of the same year. And I'll keep that one.

I had a 92 yz 250 that I put the factory team purple kit on it and did everything I could to make it a Damon replica. Loved that thing. From Glen Helen to Glamis, it was awesome.
I had a yz 250cc 1980model before the water ones came out in 1982 there fast as hell and you just don't see them any more great bikes I bought mine new of the floor for 2000 dollars back when still have a yz 80 punched out too a 110 cc its a 85 model luv the bike than back in 2010 I purchased a 97 rm 250cc never had been rebuilt paid a local motor cycle shop too take the motor apart and fully rebuild the bottom and topend job all with wisco products crank by wisco and had cylinder replated and put a matching set for topend job a pro lite piston kit doomed style makes more compression more power new tires front and back new sprockets front and rear a 14 front and 52 rear Sunstar and brand new gold did chain rental handle bars with triple trees on it run fast wants too stand up in every gear put new set of boysen racing reeds more throttle response a lot quicker pick up had a new pro lite header pipe and baffle its super quick compression check I bought one from Amazon 220psi only 10 hours on bike put new hours meter on it after complete engine and bike rebuild would not sale it for nothing runs better than the new 450cc I don't care for a four stroke I only own 5 2 stroke dirt bikes the older bikes look better and runs better im a 2 stroke guy and always will be luv my collection of dirt bikes have a 2006yz 85cc with a big bore kit makes it a 105cc >to super fast its a awesome super mini wish you the best with your bike I'm just old school Mike Holden out of north Carolina said that
