Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Flour 4 cups
-Instant yeast 4 tsp
-Sugar 8 tsp
-Salt 2 tsp
-Oil or butter 16 tsp ( for four cups maida)
-Water 6 -7 tbs (warm)
-Oil and water as required for kneading process
Chicken Marination:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Boneless Chicken 850 gms
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2-3 tbsp
Tandoori masala 2-3 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Onion 1 (Ring Cutting)
Tomato 1 sliced
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Tomato purree : 5 cubes ( link detailed video in below description)
-Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ( as per taste)
- oregano leaves sprinkle
Assembling:
-Pizza sauce ¼ Cup or as required
-Cooked chicken filling
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Black olives
