This could fully work as a Deltarune song for some reasons I have in mind. 1. If you know Deltarune and you've ever fighted Spamton, you can notice how Spamton in the past received a call from someone (fans believe it was Gaster), and Spamton kept waiting for that mysterious person to call back but it never did, which made Spamton go crazy and loose everything he had (or smth like that, I don't remember Spamton's lore very much). 2. One thing both Spamton and Jevil have in common, is how they want freedom (or what they mostly think is freedom), and with Car, during the song he says he's always free, and Jevil ALSO says he's always free even tho he's not. 3. Car, again during the song, he says he met a man whose name starts with a G, and who else's name starts with a G? That's right! Gaster! Which could meant that, just in Spamton's case, Car once encountered Gaster, and Gaster gave him not only his 47 friends (us included) but also his freedom. But maybe, just like in Jevil's case, Car is NOT actually free because of how he looks behind him, like if there was something or someone else with him, controlling him and his every move. 4. When Car is talking about his 47 friends, he says we're one of them, so, if we put this onto Deltarune logic, Car might be either talking to Kris, or to us directly, so Car might know that Kris and The Player are a different entity, like how Spamton does in Big Shot's secret lyrics when Spamton says; "I can't explain till you're all alone" meaning that Spamton knows that Kris is not alone when he seems to be, WE are with Kris as we're their soul. 5. At the end of the song and during the song, Car seems to glitch, which could mean that just like in Spamton's case, even tho Car has his friends and "freedom", Car might actually had lost it all like how Spamton did, meaning that on the inside, Car has already gone insane due to Gaster's interaction with Car. And that would be it about this weird theory of mine that I thought of in just a few minutes!
