    Great video and DA Components is an incredible business. Darren is bringing quality to the trade. A big key point about DA Components other than the products is the environmental aware packaging and no single use plastic

      Robert Bennett Great! The pad won’t scratch the glass, but you need to be careful that grit doesn’t get stuck on the pad when you’re rubbing it on the glass.😃👍🏼

      @@aemackintosh Another great thing about the Maykker T-Bar is , after youve cleaned fascias & soffits with your pole system you can put a Unger blue micro wipe onto the T- bar & dry off the drips that are “always” left hanging.Job Done! As Wagger would say.
      Think he has retired. Good man.

      Occasionally you come across some problematic deals that hold the water and drip down a few minutes after you have gone. I like to spray them with some upvc cleaner the first time to really penetrate the dirt. Then, after a good couple of regular cleans they should start to get better.😃👍🏼

      Once the runners start to bleed, think it’s because the widows were’nt cleaned for an extended period of time.
      I have never found a cure.
      The only way of not leaving the black marks off these is always use a damp cloth not a dry one.

    Great tool just brought one use this with my ipc technopad I prefer this over the ferret applicator much better clean on grease and soil removal and leaves the glass perfect and clean and I use bronze pads and white pads occasionally a green pad but I see a result soon as I use this with a washing up liquid solution the detergent separates on the glass which shows the degreaser doing wonders the magic comes when the squeegee is used so much dirt is removed in the foam and the glass is clean shiny and grease free the best solution is citrol nice lemon smell and minimal residue I spray scrub leave then scrub again then squeegee but some glass may need good scrub I even invested in walnut pads to great for glass low abrasion

      There is a cone accessory coming out soon so you can use a traditional tool (including the handy sleeve) with the Ova8 pole.😃👍🏼

    • @vonovine
      @vonovine 3 роки тому

      Hear only good things about the Ova8 pole.
      Can’t afford one right now, but I already have a Gardiner Xtreme 22 & to be honest this pole is super light & faultless, as long as you break it down & clean it every couple of weeks like you would do with any pole.
      So, don’t see why I’d buy an Ova8.
      People say they are easier on your wrists, but the Gardiner brushes don’t fit the pole so it’s a no go for me as I only use a Gardiner 35mm brush for anything to do with cleaning glass.”Not fascias & cons roofs.No pencil or fan jets🤮
      Just a 32 jet rinse bar on the glass not off.

    The Window Weapon pads from Reach-It in the US fit perfectly on this Velcro T- Bar.
    When I bought the Window Weapon 2 years ago you got a Constructor brush & 2 sets of varying pads for free x 20.
    Don’t know what the current deal is, but might be cheaper getting the whole shebang than trying to buy these pads separately?

      @@aemackintosh There is one for every eventuality.In degrees of severity.
      To be fair, like I’ve said before, have lots of equipment “just in case” but my 35cm Gardiner brush with rinse bar & “hot” water can pretty much clean anything.
      Use the T-bar for houses with dogs where they destroy the back door or french windows with mud trying to get in,mostly.

    • @vonovine
      @vonovine 3 роки тому

      The Reach IT actual brushes are a waste of time as they weigh almost 500gm, a shit load on the top of your pole .
