1. Elora Danan, formally styled as Her Royal Highness the Sacred Princess Elora Danan, is the tetartagonist of Willow. She was a female Daikini. A gifted child born with a certain mark, she was prophecized to become empress of Tir Asleen, Galladoorn, Nockmaar, and Cashmere.
2. Princess Kit Tanthalos was a Daikini noble, the daughter of Queen Sorsha of Tir Asleen and Madmartigan. A free-spirited young woman and a skilled swordswoman, she had romantic feelings for Jade Claymore, a woman warrior serving the royal family.

Kit and Elora are written almost too much like starcrossed lovers which is hard to tell if it's intentional or not. Kit is afterall the daughter and granddaughter of the two villains of the original movie who wanted Elora gone and is written to still have some character traits as them.
They're written to have the same dynamic as Leia and Han Solo back during the original trilogy where they're one the same side, but at least one of them aren't liking the other. Except here the starcrossed backstory really runs deep.

I really love Kit+Jade and Elora+Graydon, but Kit and Elora also had so much chemistry in my opinion. They kinda have that enemies to lovers vibe, and I think they could totally work as a couple in other scenario.
