press the little reset button with a needle or something skinny and retry. i just did and it worked.
I'm literally trying everything and the dlink WILL NOT show up on my list of networks.
Did anyone have a fix for this problem

UPDATE!!! IT WORKED!!! I finally decided to download the app, as a last-ditch effort, and connection was made after running through the menu. That was the only way it could connect, no clue why. I hope this has helped someone else with the same problem :)
(OLD COMMENT): I tried everything, even reset the ranger 3 times... my router is literally right next to it & it still can't find the signal! Won't turn solid green, just keeps blinking green. Shows up as a separate wifi connection with full bars on my phone, recognizes the password, but still won't take me to the setup page. What gives?? Spent 2 hours troubleshooting. What a waste of time & money. Sigh.

does anyone else have the problem where you connect it and the green light on the bottom is strong, but it says theres no internet and the light on top is flashing amber, meaning it hasnt connected to the router, even though the setup was complete and the website says its connected?
I need help. Today I bought a D-Link DAP-1325 WI-Fi amplifier. How to configure it to strengthen the Wi-Fi signal? I connected it to the power supply. I pressed the WPS button on the router, then I pressed the WPS button on the amplifier and the amplifier turned green, but I have a problem that the amplifier is not visible in Wi-Fi connections, either on the phone, on the laptop or on the TV. . What should I do to make this amplifier visible in Wi-Fi connections and connect a device to this amplifier? I would like to connect it to the TV in the living room, because the Wi-Fi signal there is weak. I don't have my network marked EXT in my Wi-Fi connections. Is it normal ? What to do to make it available? The amplifier is green and no lights are blinking. I will also add that I also have a D-Link router. Unless, if I have a D-Link router, EXT won't be displayed? Is this normal and have I set everything correctly if EXT is not displayed?
i really didnt want to get this app, i know what a QR is, and my extender didnt have one. but it still worked. it took too long, and DLINK website cut off their instructions and there was no scrolling! it was still a fight with the app. my ext didnt seem to want to hold its own wifi address. but eventually it did. cameras are back online.
reset your unit then follow again the instructions if everything fails.
I'm having issues still after following the methods above.

This is so frustrating....
I´ve seen this very comment in many different videos (from different regions and using different languages), but it seems that nobody has a real solution to it and, what's worse, it's like D-Link doesn´t give a sh*t.
I´ve followed the WPS method (method #2 on this video), managed to get the D-LINK wi-fi range extender connected to my router (light turns solid green), but no new netweork shows in any of my devices (cellphone and computer).
How to proceed?? Is it already working??

I was finally able to connect to the dlink extender through my device, but it has no internet connection and whenever I go on the app, it says I am not connected to the dlink device even though it says I am on my device just with no internet. PLEASE HELP!
i download the app on iphone and it says the app is NOT SUPPORTED!!! UGHHHH!!!
