The agreement b/w British Govt and Afghan ruler was legitimate due to the fact that Afghanistan was and has always been a sovereign country, and Afghan ruler was a legitimate ruler of that time. It is an international norm that governments abide by the agreements done by legitimate rulers.
Further Afghanistan also acknowledges the agreement but their instance is that the agreement was marked for 100 years and after that a new agreement should be sign b/w Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Pakistan, India and China should resolve their territorial disputes as soon as possible, because this is the only way to get rid off huge Defense budget. Less defensive Budget means more social security spendings. Territorial disputes are just hurdles in way of development.

Untill kashmir dispute is settled between pak and india pak can not reduce its military budget pak military budget is already only 8 billion usd vs india around 65 to 70 billion usd
And india will not stop because they want to be one of the super power in Asia so they want pak should surrender in front of them and except there super power status plus they are the most unreliable people we can not trust them untill they reduce there military budget significantly we do not want to start a war with india but we need min detterence to protect our selfs

Pakistan should move forward to captured their territory of Jammu & Kashmir with Ladakh just like China. China stand to claim their areas and succeed to captured it but Pakistan do nothing but just diplomatic talk as Nehro did We missed the chanced during Kargil war and more during cold war India captured Siachen. One another chance which we missed it was during India-china 1962 War. Why we always depend over USA order.Historically Ayub, Zia and Nawaz did the blunder mistake like Nehro did. We have seen India declared and claimed finally over whole dispute region and we are quite and nothing do more but as diplomatically. Now we see internationally map shows all dispute area of India. Our forces and weapons just for showing and nothing
