The Browns should have taken the same approach Schwartz took to fix the issues with the Defensive line. Bring in a bunch of players and determine who has the physical capabilities and skills to contribute to what the Browns need to do. I think they should platoon groups of players on the Offensive Line just like Schwartz did on the Defensive Line. I know that is not the way most teams approach the Offensive Line Unit. However, they don't have a choice now.
They need to get an Offensive Line that is committed to playing football at the highest level of performance. Look the Browns front office and coaching staff bet this season on Conklin, Wills, and Jones all returning from injury before this season started. Jones is still recovering from his knee surgery last years but he is playing. Wills and Conklin were supposed to be back before the pre-season started and they still are not ready to play. How do we fix this? The Browns front office needs to start identifying replacement OL players, bringing them in to evalute, and those that look like they can play competently should be signed to the practice squad and rotated up to the active roster when necessary. Start this process now!
Yeah u can say this needs to change or that needs to change, but the fact of the matter is that if u go back and watch our offense from last year, the offense from top to bottom isn't playing with any type of heart at all. Don't know why but it's happening and it's very real. 2nd quit all the we need to go deep to be successful talk. Watch Patrick Mahones play you only need to get a 1st down at a time till you reach the end zone. Just get the ball out quick run good screens for Ford and short crossing routes like Kansas City. But if our line is really this bad you better use some of that cap money and draft Capital and buy some heart for this Offensive line.

As far as the Browns calling more run plays, that didn't work in Sunday's game because the OL couldn't run block if their life depended on it.

when is Njoku supposed to come back
I think he was supposed to be out around four weeks, so I'm thinking in two weeks or so.

Fans can see how bad the team is. You guys can’t hide it.
They didn't have success passing the ball because Watson was running for his life during most of this game. No excuses!
