- Amo Bishop Roden by Boards of Canada - arranged by Stepped Leader, played on Casio Celviano, Korg Volca Beats and Korg Volca Sample. Mixed on 1980s Fostex 812 and recorded on Tascam DR-05.
2:52 it feels like you "arranged" the "slithering/spurting sound" (my favourite part, at the end of the original song). DOn't know if intended but love it. The melancholic, down to earth version of Amo BIshop Roden.
Thanks, a lot of artistic license is required with these covers as so many of boc's sounds are of indeterminate pitch - i.e. they can't be reproduced on a melodic instrument. So yeah, that arranged bit is just to give the impression of movement. I love this song, I don't think it sounds like any other boc.
I thoroughly enjoyed your version, Berwyn. Amazing work!
Thank you. This is beautiful.
i used to be very healthy and very strong("in shape"); last year and a half i've been very depressed and by the last 6-8 months people have been very concerned about a massive weight loss i suffered. going out to jog for the first time in two years after this song, whish me luck
