The ending bit about confidence and seeing yourself more in videos hit home for me. I am realizing how much ive stepped away from taking pictures and videos and how much thats actually hindered my self image. Ive started filming videos and content and i watch almost confused because of how i see myself day to day vs how i actually am. I know now that this is body dysmorphia and something i want to work on!🧡

IV been doing this to my hair for years and have a tip for you . Do it on hair that's not been freshly washed . Like a day or two out, it stays in better and refreshes your hair .

It can lead to obsession which is not love. Space is important. The honeymoon phase does not last. If your partner doesn’t like that run, it Is a 🚩.

I'm in late 20'...I'm studying PhD...therefore I don't have many friends...just my partner...and sometimes I really wish I had this best friend that is gonna understand me in a way that partner can not know. I guess my ship has sailed in this department.
I feel totally the same. I'm 25 and am studying my honours degree online. I work a really isolated job where I don't meet many people and I don't have a partner. I know how isolating this can feel and the loneliness that comes with a lack of a social circle. Really sorry you're going through this right now 🥺
It's harder but not impossible. Best way to start is get into a hobby, sport or something that interests you. Join a volunteer group or org. You can find a person that shares a common interest and it can be more organic that way. Its harder as an adult because everyone becomes so independent and focused on their goals/life.
