List looks solid. A fair showing of the best color pair in magic! The Izzet list I put together was on the control side, with the wincon cloning Archmage of Runes with Self Reflections.
I really like this deck. I think it's a great base for begginnign players to branch off of as well! As exciting as Etali is I think dumping both copies for an extra Mocking Sprite and an extra Sphinx of Forgotten Lore would be better. As well cutting the 2 Archmages for a 4th copy of each Guttersnipe and Firebrand Archer to lower that curve down. As well you don't really need the big swingy guys as much, a 3/3 flyer will kill fast enough especially when backed by the removal you have. Alternatively you could remove more creatures and include the bigger guys and make this deck less creature focused and have the Etali and teh Tolarian Terror as your only real creatures and just bea blue red control deck.
I was upset about Pioneer Masters until I noticed that it filled in a lot of the holes that Explorer had That is my commentary. I don't really play Izzet.
