If I was voting more than once I'd include the scene in the Power of Three where Brian asks the Doctor what happened to the people who traveled with him before Amy and Rory did. When the Doctor says "not them, never them" I was completely gone :-(
Jake C What makes it the most heartbreaking for me is that more than anyone, Donna truly saw the doctor for what he was and she loves him anyway. She didn't idolise him, like the others did, she truly saw the man he was and the man he tried to be and she wanted more than anything to help him do that. She understood the universe and her place in it and then to have all that knowledge all that potential taken away from her and for the doctor to lose the one person he truly cared for - more than rose even. Donna was a living part of him and he essentially killed her
The 10th doctors regeneration is the one that always gets me even now it’s so sad and the music too only pulls harder on the heart stings such strong last words too “I don’t want to go!”😢😩😭😭😪 I’n fact the whole End Of Time part 1 & 2 was a total rollercoaster of a finale for 10th it had humour, excitement and had many sad moments in them both especially Wilf he was such an amazing adorable character and Bernard Cribbins played him exceptional 😢😥 My 2nd heartbreaking moment was Doomsday when 10th and rose got trapped between the worlds then the Doctor burned up a sun so he could have a few mins just to say goodbye to her but she was so emotional she couldn’t think of anything to say and time was running out that really got me then when she finally told him she loved him and he was going to say the same he faded away she then broke down crying and the Doctor had a tear rolling down his face 😭😭😭

Doctor Who's most tragic moment is not in the on screen. Just imagine: the Doctor, knowing how many people died, knowing exactly when, where and how they died... and yet not being able to save them to not create a paradox. Imagine how painful it must be for him to remember them.
