Rob sounds much better than their opening show - granted that venue is notorious for having shit sound. He still sings the classic songs really well live, great to see. I swear they unlocked something magical on this new album, you could listen to them play The Sinner live and go right into any track on the new album and you'd think they both came from the same album.
Unleashed In The East version is awesome. This is killer too 🤘 Yeah, so much of the new album sounds like their 70s stuff. I thought Fight For Your Life could've come straight off Killing Machine too.
Halford is notorious for having bad shows when starting a tour...he's always been like that. It usually takes him 4-5 shows before he starts getting his vocals where they need to be.
At this age, many people find it difficult to walk. I hope Rob just needs to get into his rhythm and warm up his wonderful voice. But the fact that Rob still sings at a high level is amazing! His vocal parts are very complex, and he does it, and this means travel, physical activity, stress, nerves! He is a great master❤
I'm very surprised how good Rob Halford sounds but the sound engineer is applying way to much delay on Rob's vocals the delay level is suppose to be lower than the original sound of Rob's vocals that's my professional opinion..🤘☠️🤘!!!
It was mainly robs voice doing the high notes weren't that great (especially when he did painkiller) and saints in hell is my least favourite from stained class. It wasn't a bad performance would have preferred something else
No question that Richie is a great guitarist. But when he plays Ken's parts, he just plays them. Downing played his solos with feeling, passion and craziness.

Ok what is your suggestion? Should we all stop being JP fans because of missing KK ?
Oh Man I was there last night, best metal show I have been to in decades. Non stop legends all night.
Changed the setlist. Love old vintage priest.

It always takes him a couple shows to get going

Wish we got this in Leeds instead of saints in hell.
I was at Leeds I quiet enjoyed saints in hell, did you think there was a mixing issue though? I thought there wasn't enough low end.

Damn - Richie's guitar work is way beyond epic.
jajaja

That's Richie's job when they play live.
Ken is a sloppy Player anyways
As a guitarist of 45 years I can tell you that Technically, Richie is waaaaaay ahead of KK and plays all his parts to perfection.....and then some.
@@restofthejunk01 I agree with you. Richie is class !!
Lead toms
Unfortunately I think Rob was a little under the weather.
Rob's stamina is not enough for these songs anymore. (Hasn't been for quite some time now).
The audience aint exactly rockin dont understand😢
Cool, but Ripper is better in 2024. The student has surpassed the master.
You had to wait how many years? What a great student.
@@JuhaniPaasikangas You're delusional.
@@professormuro I don't like Ripper better, but if I did, should I be proud that he surpassed 72 years old man.
@@JuhaniPaasikangas It's okay. No one ever claimed that you knew what you were talking about.
Ripper is 15 years younger.
Kick gated weird
People is so fucking boring, any move
