Canon 200d is going to be better with larger sensor, faster shutter, larger ISO, better audio options, and also I think it has the fully articulating screen ☝️🙏 happy shooting whichever one you choose 🥳
saw this camera listed for 80 even though it is used I am still quite happy with it still using I am trying to learn and do filmmaking also have a few lenses for it 50mm,35-105mm, and 18-50mm old lens but its okay I'm still loving it!
Wow 🤩 I would snap that up - even though I already have it 👍 such a great little learner camera - i suspect that there are many 4000Ds sitting in people’s draws and shelves at home 😅
Hope all is well Kai! Can never go wrong with a 50mm f1.8 IMO. A colleague of mine got into photography recently and picked up a 2000d and nifty fifty and it's great to see how it's opened up this whole new world for him - it's the ultimate gateway drug for sure!
I have a problem with your settings. If the light was already overly bright outside. Why did you bump up ISO to 400? Although I’m new. I’ve noticed that ISO settings is generally best at 100. Maybe you can walk me through your preferences so I learn sth new. Thank you.
Good question- ISO controls how sensitive your sensor is to the light that is available- and shooting at 100 ISO is usual in bright conditions- in this instance I was reigning my Aperture right in and shooting at a much faster shutter speed - as I didn’t have ND filters for the 50mm - to compensate I bumped the ISO up. In this video I also show how I deal with the brightness / harsh light by dialling the highlights right back in post. Remember to always experiment - just because everyone does something a certain way doesn’t mean you can’t try different things 😁💪🙏
@@KaiCreative hey man. Thank you so much. I have the 4000d and I’ve been trying to get it to shoot in HSS and although flash is HSS compatible it still shows that black block on the photos. How do I achieve this settings.
Another video ideas: 50mm cinematography, 4000d + helios 44-2 for that crazy cinematic bokeH ))) also decking out 4000d - gimbal, lens, audio recorder+ mics, additional display 😅
What do you think of the photos from Cheapest Canon DSLR paired with the Cheapest Canon Lens? Lemme know down below 👇

Nice, can't wait
Nice to see you here Con 🥳🤩😁
Keep the quality content coming, Kai 💯🔥
Thank You my friend 🙏🙏🙏
Did you use autofocus? Does manual focus fix the focus problems of the camera?
Yep had to switch to the manual quite a lot the Autofocus is quite primitive and slow - lots of eyeballing through the OVF 👍
This 4000d and Canon R100 is almost the same price in my country. Just curious you'd pick the R100 in this case right?
I certainly would if I was starting out 🙏👍
Another great video 📷
Thanks for watching
