    i don't get why so many people get crap for adopting especially when it's outside of their race. I get that they're going to grow up differently and probably struggle, but I think it's much better for them to be in a loving home than growing up without one. Just be happy for one another jeez.

      Belen Morales Exactly, people are always in other peoples buisiness. If you don't like it, go somewhere else.

      Belen Morales , Yes, I have some friends that just adopted 2 girls from Honduras..they are so sweet..they only understand Spanish for now. They're also thinking of adopting from Haiti. I just think there are plenty of our American children here that need a good family.

      You are soooooooooo right....I dont get why people have to be hated on for adopting outside of their race.

      They do it for publicity, notice only white celebrities adopt out side their race. Its basically a trophy for these rich white people.

    • @supernitechronic
      @supernitechronic 4 роки тому

      @@robert7879 if that were the case then wouldn't we all have been long aware of the fact that Madonna's daughter is a master of the piano instead of barely finding this out?? Wouldn't Thomas Rhett have stopped cherishing Willa after his wife had their second daughter?? Believe it or not, not every person adopts from my race just to wave them around like a trophy.

    This is a beautiful and awesome example of a family unit. Everyone seems so obsessed with color, that they forget to notice the admiration in the eyes of Thomas, as he looks at his new baby girl. Him and his wife love this child..THAT is what is important..! Congrats to him and his wife on their pregnancy too. This world is full of too much hate. Let's smell the roses and see the beauty of us as a human race and stop with this artificial boundary of "race"!

    Good on them. Children need parents to love and take care of them. More adults of all races need to come forward. I wish them all the best.

      Bramble T well I hope you've adopted a child of your tribe.

    • @oaifuwa
      @oaifuwa 7 років тому +1

      Bramble T I don't know what that has to do with someone being nice enough to help a child. Seems like those people need to look into their wrongs and figure it out. No one is stopping. them from adopting. Unless you're insinuating that that is the appropriate reaction someone should have? That a caste system is correct?

    • @oaifuwa
      @oaifuwa 7 років тому +5

      Bramble T the moment I read the illuminati I stopped reading. If a child doesn't have parents and they're in Africa and the child is in Europe giving that child parents is helpful. Should a child go hungry so they can stay in the tribe that can't take care of them? Should they risk death for that.

    • @Unknown1245732
      @Unknown1245732 6 років тому

      Bramble T So based on your logic, every immigrant that migrated to the US should have stayed in their own country and not pretend to be American? I bet your ancestors would have love to hear that, not assuming that they did from everyone who hated immigrants even back then.

    • @Unknown1245732
      @Unknown1245732 6 років тому

      Bramble T Why should it matter WHY theyre coming here? What should matter is WHAT theyre going to do when they come here. Why shouldnt they come here? If america is such a great nation, why not take the chance to come and be a part of something great? Its not like their countries are infested with gangs, poverty caused by governments, war and unequal rights, no no no, that just isnt so (sarcasm).

      Bramble T Do you even know the kind of suffering that is happening in Uganda? Especially to young girls. Financial support is not going to save her. Sweet Willa is exactly where she needs to be. Luckily she won't be raised to see them as anything other than her loving parents.

    that guy has a life on stage? ..ok..no idea why/who he is professionally.. but it's cool he and his wife adopted a baby!..and he said his wife had been to uganda, i think he said a few times..was she a christian missionary??..or there for another reason??..this video clip was too short!..only a lot of basic details..but its awesome that they adopted..and looking at those few photos, they remind me of my own awesome multi-ethnic family! 👍👍☺☺

  • @memebrice93

    Wow. Just wow at the comments. Yes it would be very difficult as a white person to adopt a black baby because of the difference in experiences. Yes it would be challenging. Yes it will be tough. However isn't it more important that the child, no matter what color, has a safe home and family who loves her very much? You don't know their hearts. Maybe they are doing it to appear politically correct. Maybe they are doing it because they genuinely love her. This baby girl seems to be with a loving family and that is what's important. They aren't hurting for money so I'm sure they can figure something out with how to do her hair because yes that is important. She needs to have her hair taken care of. Surely they will let her indulge in her own culture too with trips to her Homeland. I'm sure they will give her the best.

    I was adopted by white people and was abused. My adoptive mother is narcissistic and has hated me since they got me. I was sent "home videos" and upon watching realized I wasnt in any of them. The vids where I was features, none of the aunts or uncles held me, talked to me, helped me, hugged me or showed me attention. When an uncle did play with me, he'd hold my curly hair, laugh and make fun of my "fro." I learned a couple weeks ago, demanding my adoptive mother to tell me why nobody cared. She casually said how they hsted biracial, adopted children. Mind you, she had already adopted another baby and had him for 3yrs before adopting me. She deliberately brought me into a racist environment. I'm 36,my adoptove dad killed himself 3 different ways. I was denied the right to grieve over his body. I was molested by the other adopted brother but was accused of wanting it. I was re-abandned at 24 Nd still ignored by 4 older siblings. I wish I had never been adopted
