I think the content is good, but I can't tell because of the shaky camera work. I could only watch a few seconds before the random camera movements made it impossible.
We have 2 versions of Koryo that we do. The official one where we kiyhap on the throat strike, but another one (which has many other differences as well) where we kiyhap on the leg break.
I am a 3rd degree black belt, but I don't speak Korean. It is my goal to be a Master within the next 8 years, but I am worried about taking the Master's Course because I don't speak Korean. Watching these videos makes it a lot less scary for me.
I have taken two courses and you should not be worried at all there is always, always, someone on stage translating. Also I go back to my dojang, with so much more certainty on what I am teaching
you understa

Daniel Skrivan cool, thank you.
This is Kukkiwon standard

You've got it, sir! If you're wanting to wait 8 more years than you will have plenty of time to learn what you need to.

The lady demonstrating is very beautiful
This is the traditional poomse
No, this is not the traditional Koryo Poomsae, the traditional Koryo Poomsae has fewer movements.
