It's funny because Alisa also has a very good DF4 that I never use but definitely should. Both Asuka's & Alisa's DF4s seem similar, so this should get me to use the move more. Thank you for the guide!

I'm kinda surprised 3+4 wasn't included here, especially after Bbaez found the new combo for it. And speaking him, his use of ws3+4 is also really good.
Bbaez 3+4 combo is not guaranteed, you need to be a bit on the right axis in order for the WS 1+2 to connect. That's why it is still better to use f2 or df3 as a follow-up IMO, or better yet dash in and do 1+3.
It's technically usable as long as it you don't get it blocked and launch punished. Long range, I think it tracks I forgot, i16, tech crouches, push back on hit and more dmg than d4. However if you ever get this move blocked and you get launch punished then I give you my condolences.

Ssr stands for sidestep right
