I have the Excel Nordic poles that have the name of Peter Schlickenrieder “Spirit” can anyone tell me are these for walking or just trekking?

Im not familiar with that model but I think they will work well for either. Peter Schlickenrieder was a skier from Germany, Olympic medalist in 2002
