@@Rama-Vana It’s easy to say. Their was a same thing that was done in US and they have to remove it in 1 month regarding H1B visa’s. I don’t stay in Bangalore but visit Karnataka for office purpose. Being in industry for more than 20years I know, how companies work. IT COMPANIES don’t need big land or anything. Nor any electricity concession. They will just move to places where they can take decisions on their wills and get best talents. So, you can be happy now, but you will be not happy after some years. Enjoy 🍺 Also I never told Karnataka is being developed by only Migrants, they have also done a lot for its development. And this are just some divisive politics by Congress to hide the corruption charges.

What's the fuss about? The SC will stay the bill anyways. It's never gonna get implemented. So why are we discussing. Haryana tried this stunt before. And failed. While the bill says that if there is a shortage of local talents in high positions then the company must consult with the government to reach an amicable solution. No private company is gonna do that. They are then better off relocating to other places than to go through these stupid regulations.
Amazing move as a migrant in Bangalore I vouch for this!!!! People who have never at ground level will never know the reason of this drastic steps.

Private sector would not accept any intervention in their internal policies as it will directly impact their success, It's also againts individual rights & discriminating. Now even thought its not implemented here, existing & new investor will surly think twice before investing. Surely Hyderabad & Pune will be benefitted in future.
Its a good action by any government, nowadays there are referral mafia going on IT and other sectors. Hindi, Tamil, Telugu Bengali or any language other than Kannada speaking they give reference to the same community so that they are comfortable with them to communicate with their own language (What is the difference between caste based reservation and this ? both are lack of skills ,only personal needs). This is ruining locals, in Bangalore only 40% Kannadigas and all other from Outsiders. So chances of getting a job for Kannadigas is very very low after the filters of referral mafia. There are equal and competitive opportunities available everywhere in their own states and all are developing why cant you stay in your own state with your family and be happy.

Even I work in Bangalore and I think it's a good decision , who said that the state of Karnataka is the only state to provide jobs to all IT folks of India.? why should they give the land , better plan , subsidy . It's time for us to go back and ask our state Govt . What have they done for us . Why we need to ask for job opportunity for a different state ? They have their priorities . I support this step and they should preserve the City of Bangalore at any cost from ruining by outsiders .

This is blatant violation of Constitutional provisions and will be quashed by SC. Article 19(1) says:

They wont implement it nor did they have an intention to implement it. The bill will be opposed by bjp in state and that can be used to get votes in elections. Its the same Kong gov which promised caste census to get votes but hide it to not lose votes after finding (it got leaked)the result was not in their favour. Look HYD and MADRAS(smaller than hyderabads because of telugu people getting more IT jobs) also have IT firms in them. HYD has the biggest amazon campus in the world. It has 3 well known IT parks. But still bangalore is called the silicon valley. HYD almost caught up to them, even if the CM was a nut job the secretary would have a good brain. They know how people would react. It is always the same do somthing extreme to get the bottom low of the society to vote for them, the rest of the population will forget about this.
