Deck Tech Old School Winter Orb Prison 2019 MagicFest Vegas

I played this deck at Gen Con 2019, at MagicFest Vegas 2019, and at the 93/94 Old School Magic tournament held at Darkside Games during MagicFest Vegas 2019.
The metagame at MagicFest Vegas 2019 was heavy with mono black decks. I also had a match up against a Mirror Universe deck.
There were over 120 players. Tournament results are at the very end of this video.

it would be cool if somebody did a podcast on collecting in 93 and 94 and how hard it was to get cards back then. it should be enough stories to do a show on cause vintage magic is so cool.

It was difficult to get cards back then.
You had to find a game store and sort through their boxes of cards hoping to find something you wanted.
They didn't have computerized inventory yet, so it took forever to find stuff, and almost nobody sold cards on the internet because most people didn't even have the internet yet.
You had to go find the physical store.

No, I've never owned a real Mox Sapphire.
I have some fake ones which are used as proxies when that's allowed.
For example, when I built 14 Old School decks to loan to strangers for a tournament, all the power 9 cards and dual lands were fake.
