    4500 per sq ft is just a joke. Being a Mysurean, real estate developers are minting money from innocent people. To all the customers out there, dont invest when the person quotes more than 2800 per sq ft. Sahibre 4500 per sq ft alli nanu Bengaluru alle tagobahudhu. Namgalige ethara rate heli yamarsbedi, adu locals galige. 🙏

      Sir, in Bangalore i can get you site at 2500 also, only rate doesn't matter, you need to see proximity, amenities offered, layout maintenance, Clear Title etc everything matters sir. Off course developers will quote higher rate but is always negotiable sir, we can't fool anyone just like that, nowadays people are good enough to make judgement while investing such an High amount.

    You are making innocent customers fool why should we go 12km from manipal hospital when we get cheaper rate near by

      Dear viewer, I am not here to fool anyone, public is intelligent enough & don't get fooled by a youtuber just like that.
      Please understand one thing, both Sadashiva Nagar & Shivaji Nagar in Bangalore are in the heart of the city but still there is lot of difference when it comes to Real Estate price in these localities, isn't it ?
      So ultimately, there are customers who still pay for quality rather than quantity.
      Moreover, why do you want to see distance only from Manipal hospital ? Why don't you see the distance from city centre which is much lesser ?
      So it all depends on how you view & depict things.
      Finally, who is stopping you from buying a property in a locality where you get for cheaper rate (as you claimed), please go ahead.

      When you have accepted no Jio mart or Dmart shopping centers near by that is enough and don’t compare sadshive nagar and shivaji nagar that Bangalore and this is mysore real estate agents only made land rates extra ordinary and they want to become millionaires in one night.

      Where in the above comment have i mentioned about Dmart or Jio Mart ? Do not inter-relate comment specific to other videos. I can give example of Mysore areas as well if you wish to have one, agents are same everywhere irrespective of cities, it is the developers who spike the prices not agents, finally no agent can compel anyone to buy any property if the buyer feels that price is over quoted.
