Thanks bunches from me too. I was able to get my vacmop working with hand sanitizer lol. But I couldn't have found the "fix" without your initial video to help us. So much appreciated! Good day!
Thanks for putting me on the right track. You should not need to use sandpaper. I just used rubbing alcohol on a paper towel and cleaned up both the charger and vac connections. Works perfectly.
You saved me thousands in medical bills.. broke my mom's vacmop after I broke into her house to clean her house. Now she won't even know it was broken !
Thank you! I was about to order a new vacmop cause it would no longer charge. I sanded both parts down & it's charging like it should. You saved me some money which is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!!!!! thank you thank you thank you it works again! I’ll admit I was skeptical. It took two seconds. I barely sanded at all and now it’s charging.
Omg Thank You!! I didnt have sandpaper I used a emory board nail file LOL but it worked - I swear by using this to clean my apartment I was disgusted when it stop working.
Nice 👍 thank you mine didn’t even look corroded I was getting ready to just install a plug adapter on both ends to bypass the magnet deal but this worked 👍
Good looking out. I figured that I'd have to use sandpaper or steel wool or something but I didn't want to jump right in and mess it up somehow. Thank you.
If this helps, I used a magnet. I grabbed one that was about the same size as the attachment. I unplugged it, an took the magnet an rubbed it on the bottom of it an on the sides of the attachment. I plugged it back into the outlet an put the attachment back on the vac/mop an it started to charge!!!!

Thank you!! Tried a new charger, which didn't work and was about to give up. You saved the day :)
Thank you. I cleaned both contacts with vinegar and then lightly sanded them with my craft sanding block. The mop vac appears to be charging now.
