Dnyanesh Tarte good questions. Glad you like the channel! Most off campus apartments have utilities as separate charges from rent. Utilities may include electric, water, gas, and internet bills. Some apartments may include something of these in rent price, but most don’t. Air conditioning comes standard in all the apartments/homes in the US. Almost all the off campus apartments come unfurnished, so you will need to provide your own furniture.

Hey Tejus! Great question. Each apartment is different. The on campus apartments are a bit more strict compared to off campus. On campus tend to only allow 1-2 persons per room. But most off campus apartments are ok with more, like 3-4 people per room if you are comfortable with that.
Sumedh Sen for being on the Westside of UTD, Palencia is pretty clean. Bugs aren’t a big issue here as long as you keep your apartment clean. Bugs are usually only a problem when students keep things clean or they bring in outside furniture that might have bugs from other student homes.

Sumedh Sen welcome! Some of the apartments on McCallum BLVD are more prone to having bugs like cockroaches, especially the older apartments.
