What initially attracted you to work at Education Analytics?

“Being a nonprofit, it makes it so that we’re not profit motivated, right?” Cloud Engineer Manager Eshara Mondal said. “So really what we’re motivated by is our mission and you can see that in the people that get hired here and [in] the work that we do. That is really what motivated me to try to come to EA.”
