Plex support?
The DXP NAS series currently does not support PLEX, but it can be set up and used through Docker from the UGOS App Center
What is it supposed to mean? Is there a community discussion about it?

Looks promising but I'll wait for 14 gen Intel. I use my NAS purely for Plex and my next upgrade better have AV1 10bit HDR encode and decode
Well, since Ugreen abandoned their current NAS products and stopped upgrading UGOS, left a semi-finished software experience to all home users. I won't expect anything good for these so called NASync things.
I can pass on your feedback but could you please tell which current NAS products you're referring to?
