    How many yards of Ankara can I use for de iro and how many for de buba, thanks

      For your iro you will need maximum 2and half yard if you are working on a big size. For small size use 2yard and 12 inches. For your buba maximum fabric you will need 2 and half yards. So everything is 6yards for headtie

    What did you use as the measurement of your iro for a 48" hip? I am guessing 2yrds and 12"

    How did you get 10 inches for the armhole, ehatx the calculation please

      you can increase your armhole by 1 inch. Armhole for buba is usually free

    Doing fine until I got to the sleeve measurements😢

      If you measure from the nape (center back) of your neck to where you want your sleeve to stop at 23 inches, now you already cut your bodice at 13 inches, you will have 10 left for your sleeve.
