There are 3 people in zone coverage defending one player but no one making the call to switch to man coverage. As a german I'm not connected so much to teams, so I just want to see good football. Also didn't watch much college football yet, but tried to follow Stroud as he truely impressed me. This combined with a texans team from last year, who played there hearts out to gain that nr2 draft spot instead of nr1 is really impressing me and making texans to one of my favorite team 😂 also they had not so much potential and big stars in their team last year, but the attitude they were showing towards the end of the season was great. I see a bright future with all the browns draft picks, stroud and their mentality.

People thought Mayfield would be the liability coming into this year, its now the opposite. This defense is downright abysmal, their secondary has been torn to shreds all year. The playcalling is still way to conservative and though the run game was better today, by no means is this a run dominant 1st 2nd pass-on 3rd down team. Receivers have talent but are still unreliable and can be streaky. Oline gives up so much pressure, their just lucky Mayfield is low-key houdini in the pocket. Like in this game, outside of Winfield on a couple plays, Vita Vea, and the FF by David, I can't really say anything good about anyone other than Mayfield.

As a Michigan fan I have to say wow. What stroud is doing this season is beautiful and unbelievable. The Texans have been bad in recent years and he is playing almost perfectly in his rookie season. I honestly didn’t think he’d be the best qb this draft bc he wasn’t amazing at osu despite having arguably a top 5 best receiver classes of all time but he has proven me wrong so far. He is playing intelligently, consistently accurate, and is showing his athletic abilities when he needs to extend a play or run for a first. He is literally Texans deshaun Watson.
I kept saying as an Ohio state fan, CJ Stroud is THAT GUY. He CAN scramble and he is one of the most accurate passers out there, and is sooooo clutch in the moments with all the pressure! They go from prime Watson to this stud, but the difference is he has a level head and is a God fearing man. I’ll be rooting for y’all!
People thought Mayfield would be the liability coming into this year, its now the opposite. This defense is downright abysmal, their secondary has been torn to shreds all year. The playcalling is still way to conservative and though the run game was better today, by no means is this a run dominant 1st 2nd pass-on 3rd down team. Receivers have talent but are still unreliable and can be streaky. Oline gives up so much pressure, their just lucky Mayfield is low-key houdini in the pocket. Like in this game, outside of Winfield on a couple plays, Vita Vea, and the FF by David, I can't really say anything good about anyone other than Mayfield.
Bowles is the problem, not the players.

As a Michigan fan I have to say wow. What stroud is doing this season is beautiful and unbelievable. The Texans have been bad in recent years and he is playing almost perfectly in his rookie season. I honestly didn’t think he’d be the best qb this draft bc he wasn’t amazing at osu despite having arguably a top 5 best receiver classes of all time but he has proven me wrong so far. He is playing intelligently, consistently accurate, and is showing his athletic abilities when he needs to extend a play or run for a first. He is literally Texans deshaun Watson.

I kept saying as an Ohio state fan, CJ Stroud is THAT GUY. He CAN scramble and he is one of the most accurate passers out there, and is sooooo clutch in the moments with all the pressure! I’m so happy for Stroud and wish him well on the Texans! Browns got fleeced at this point, even if Watson does well.
CJ STROUD IS HIM! He now has the rookie passing yards record in a single game and had five touchdowns. The Texans have a keeper.

Edit: forgot about Baker’s amazing game-winning drive with the Rams, but he has really struggled in clutch situations his whole career. He’s playing well tho, and I think he’ll be alright.
