I can't remember the legend exactly but there was a real case that involved a creepy 2013 elevator footage of a girl pushing a bunch of buttons on the elevator, acting odd, and then later they found her body in that building's water tower, so I dunno. Ghost stories are scary and real life can be scarier.

The prank was a crying female would come on the elevator and press all the buttons, to confused them or to get their reaction and then some random people (who were in on the prank) would get on and the female would try and get really close to the member, “because it was too crowded.”
