The land Prussia ceded to the Duchy of Warsaw at the beginning of the video is the 'Polish Corridor', also known as West Prussia, not 'West Pommerania'. Pommerania is the territory just west of West Prussia.
Unfortunately, the original creator of the map has deleted it, as far as I'm aware. I just tried searching it up for you, and found no result. But I used geacron.com to draw the borders. :)

I admit, that Kaiserreich legacy is amazingly inspiring, but in this case it resulted in substantial fault, because even though it's an alternate history video, there is no clue to draw the peace treaty between Russia and France like so. I mean, such borders of Ukraine, Belarus and other states together with the names you gave them, would be irrational and irrelevant in this timeline. And furthermore, I am not really sure if the partition of Belarus an Lithuania had a point, for slavic people in Duchy of Lithuania were a majority and even today many Belarusians consider their country as inheritor of Lithuanian legacy To prevent any argument based on someone's disagreement to what i wrote, I should mention that I spent all my lifetime living in Ukraine

To my mind, Lithuania should remain greater, Ruthenia/Hetmanate/Zaporozhie should not have exit to the Black Sea and/or own Crimea. And something it really wrong with Baltic states)). By the way, Napoleon promoted Poland and, as you can see, reformed Poland itself, which means that they would certainly insist on overlordship over aforementioned countries. In my opinion, fate of Galicia also should be decided on
I dont really think so, its the same with the IRA in a Civilwar Terrorist Organisation and Terrorism its self fucks you whole country even more in destruction, i mean the England could have easy beat the Irish in the Civilwar but they lost, because of Pure Terrorism and like in the Irish War songs, You can beat us englishman but you cant beat the IRA, it would be the same in such civilwar with Scotland or wales, these forms of Terrorism is Unstoppable
Normally Naples and Spain are ruled by a family member of Napoléon so... I think Joseph Bonaparte (his brother) was ruling Spain but I don't remember for Naples

I've had someone comment things about how Eastern Europe should be sorted out, so at the moment, I can't really go by your suggestion. ;-; But sometime in the future, I'll be sure to add the Polish-Belarussian Commonwealth! :)
The Berber Kingdom separating from the Ottomans should have happened differently. In real life the Berber tribes in Algeria pledged allegiance to the Ottomans for protection against Europeans. So they wouldn't of rebelled, they would of just said "With France destroying most of the European powers, especially Spain, we no longer require your protection." Or it should of never happened, because they still need protection from France. Your mapping is good, but you need to read up on the history of each region before you act something out.
