It is mostly used in cheer leading and some gymnastics with varying levels of complexity and difficulty - the three-person one they are doing here is actually quite simple. I think we can all agree our boys are well trained and practice often - the weight of Yeonjun is distributed between both Soobin and HK and the back is one of the strongest parts of your body to lift things. It also seems HK's outfit was designed to have some slack on it for this choreo - you can see Yeonjun grabbing and holding it for balance at 0:20 before he stands up. They are much safer here than you might think! I love TxT - started as an ARMY, but I think I'm more MOA now - I like the direction and passion TxT is taking with their music more with every new piece. Also, re: their heights - all five of them are quite tall. And with how much they exercise, they are all likely quite strong as well!

Don't worry too much about them because I'm positive the choreographers would never try something that would intentionally put the boys in danger (or else MOA's will riot lol) They are well trained and practice very hard. Even though TXT has only been around for about a year, they are very professional. Yeonjun lost one of his in-ear pieces but he was so calm about it and continued to dance while he fixed it. Sometimes those kinds of mistakes can make a rookie freak out, but Yeonjun handled it so well. Amazing performance!
