I think it's only fitting to do a Weather Request for Avery Island, Louisiana. Avery Island is the home of the Mcllhenny Company, and not only is Tabasco sauce manufactured there, but it also is where the Tabasco peppers used in it's production are grown. The Island itself is a natural salt dome, and served as a salt mine during the Civil war, before Union troops raided the island and dismantled the mining operation. Avery Island is also home to a historic botanical garden and bird sanctuary, as well as a Buddhist shrine that dates back to 1100 AD.
God, the house talk reminds me of Star Wars Galaxies. You could set up NPCs to act as like personal vendors, so good areas were in super high demand. There was this area just across a river from like the main hub on Naboo that was like trying to get an acre of land in downtown Los Angeles
Weather request for Milton Keynes, UK, home of Bletchley Park! It was a key installation in WW2, and was responsible for breaking the Enigma Code. It's also where Alan Turing, the father of modern computers and mathematics, worked for a large portion of his career!
weather request: New Brunswick, New Jersey. Most people who hear New Brunswick think of Canada, but Jersey has a New Brunswick too! It's home of Rutgers' main campus. If you look up New Brunswick Grease Trucks you'll find a food truck that sells "Fat sandwiches" There's one called "Fat Beach" which is cheesesteak, mozzerella sticks, and chicken fingers all in one sandwich.
I've got a weather request for Göteborg, Sweden! It's the second largest city of the country, we're known for bad jokes and fish here! We've even got a place called "Fish Church" (No worship going on, only some fishy business)
It actually takes a lot longer to drive the same distance as the crow flies in New England than in the west coast cause the highways are very meandering
Have you guys seen the new movie with Nick Cage "Renfield"? What did you think about it? Also, weather request: İstanbul because it's monday morning when this show comes out.
well, two guys did give a hell of a fight to the police one time, but they were armed to the teeth with automatic weapons and makeshift bulletproof armor, I don't remember their names tho
I think they've already talked about the second Nic Cage movie in 2 older episodes, like they've seen this movie 3 separate times and they've talked about it on the podcast 3 separate times including this one I swear I've already heard them talk about that exact same plot, and i know the last time I heard I knew I'd already heard them talk about it, can anyone tell me if they're also thinking this? Or are there 3 extremely similar (like with the name of the crematorium island similar) Nic Cage movies???
Listening to Jesse talk about housing in FF14 only convinces me further: WoW NEEDS housing. Think of the endgame potential -- you could make every old raid relevant again by adding housing decorations or the ability to show armor sets and transmogs on display dummies. Imagine! I wish they would finally add housing to the game
I am curious. What are the top 3 Nic Cage movies? and i mean movies with nic cage that are actually good. Is it just: Lord of war, Pig and Face off? Are there others?
The Pink Throne's enjoyment in life is based on the mistakes of others, while she remains living as the opposite-of-plant fair race position. Racism carried out in the landscape is the weapon she weilds, but SHE has a weak physical position to protect. So here's what I recommend; • be born male and never attempt to minimize plant behaviors in your skin to become sex-organ-free naturally. 💐 • claim land, definitely provide food and housing for a lady. 🌱 • have dark skin, be proud of it, but don't be racist. 🌲 • get super wealthy, and be prepared to lavish your lady with satisfaction. 🍄 • militaries are unquestionably necessary. 🌾 • eat shit. Literal feces: healthy for the animal kingdom, bad for plants. 💩 • die. ☠️
I get that Jesse wants to cover the unions and sexual assault/harassment allegations at video game companies, but why is he refusing to cover the Limited arum Games fiasco? Seems to me Jesse only covers stories from his point of view…the left. Would love you take a more middle approach to things and keep your politics out of it. Just cover all the gaming News. LRG is a well known company people boycotting them and asking for money back on preorders seems like important gaming News. But that’s just me.
it aint that deep, chief. hes an independent variety content youtuber with his own interests and necessary hinderances occurring in his IRL personal life that can get in the way of making videos. so he prioritizes.
Pretty sure your version of "well known" and his don't overlap much. Mobile "simulation management social games" are a completely separate world from his focus.
re-uploaded because the audio messed up in the first upload
my right ear thanks you
I was stoked at first to hear Jesse was a homeowner, but after hearing he got a house in FFXIV, I was SUPER STOKED. That shit ain't easy.
Can we get an episode where the guys take a tour of the Me Undies factory, so Jesse can finally learn what the hell a MicroModal is?
Yes, a Waxing Crescent moon at 56:05.

Weather request for Minot, ND. If ND ever seceded from the US it'd be the third largest nuclear power on Earth plus it's really cold.

I am curious. What are the top 3 Nic Cage movies? and i mean movies with nic cage that are actually good. Is it just: Lord of war, Pig and Face off? Are there others?
Raising Arizona and Con-Air are the two best films he's done imo.

Jesse, still no 5 Minute Gaming News on the Limited Run Games drama? Wtf man?
