As an Aegis main this is not a MU I particularly like. I feel like you need to have a really good Mythra to keep up with Falcon's speed and combo game, because if you stay Pyra too long then you're combo fodder. Falcon's incredibly explosive and Aegis doesn't have the tools to keep that in check all that well

Idk. Watching Mythra makes this matchup look very much like Smash 4 Sheik vs Falcon, a notoriously horrible matchup. Just like that one, Falcon is looking for lucky strays and hard reads. The one thing that's better is that Falcon can actually edgeguard Mythra unlike Sheik.
