My name is Lucy, I'm a Dutchwoman here to offer an alternative approach to beauty.
On this channel I do mostly hair tutorials where I show you how to braid, pin and style your own hair. I recreate hairstyles from movies, tv shows or history and I regularly come up with my own, which I love to share with you!
I really enjoy diving into history to find out how women went about their beauty and dressing rituals in days past. Vintage and history-themed videos are my little passion project.

My favorite dresses are: 1) white baby doll dress, 2) grey flair dress, 3) green low neck print dress, 4) black slim fit off the shoulder dress, and 5) black romper. Nice video!
Thank you, it is actually a brilliant idea, I'm going to try on all my clothes this weekend. :) It needs a bit of a declutter, so I will get rid of everything that does not fit, or looks horrendous on me.

It's lovely to see one of these where people have hand me downs, I realised that most of my tshirts are hand me (if I was the same size as my sister I'd have other categories too, she refreshes her wardrobe a lot)

When it says “vintage” does that mean you thrifted it or bough it second hand? Or does it mean actually vintage - like older clothing?
Actually vintage! The modern second hand pieces are marked as either "thrifted" or "hand me down", although if I'm honest most of the true vintage pieces are hand me downs as well 😊 80s or older!

I usually greatly dislike jumpsuits- but the black Stradivarius jumpsuit was simply gorgeous!
