Hi, can we use revolute card of Ireland in London for any transaction? and about the sim card, can we use Ireland sim in London for free or its chargeable?

Yes you can use the same revolut card, just do a one time transfer to pounds to avoid conversion fee every time you do a transaction..
Also most of the sim cards in Ireland have free roaming for London n EU (calls n data). For some operator you might want to buy a roaming data plan
