The last stream part around 960-970k is alright to be 12+. The complexity overall, however, seems like a solid 12. If you want your chart to be a 13+, please buff the beginning arcs and put more sky notes in 2290-2536, or convert all floor notes into sky notes with different positions in x and y axis, and similar parts too. 2290-2536 is still easy for people who uses 4 fingers and fast handed, it should be 11+
