Trader Joe’s and Aldi are sister companies, I love both but I do have to go to a regular grocery store too sometimes, my daughter is vegan, I’m vegetarian and my son eats meat . Next time you go to TJ look at their skin care , they have a lotion that smells a lot like bum bum cream and they have a watermelon serum that is comparable to glow recipe. Also the lavender body scrub is really good and the Murula oil is the BEST!
They technically are related but they’re not sister companies. Trader Joe’s is owned by the Aldi that operates in Europe rather than in the states. But all three are independent entities. But who cares love both anyways 🤷🏼♀️♥️ lol

I relate so much to how you’ve been feeling working out. We’re literally almost the same. I’m 5’2 145 and I’ve just felt so unmotivated. We have a gym in our garage too but I’m in AZ and it’s so hard to walk or do any exercises while it’s 100+ degrees.
girl same I'm in Phoenix and I just stick to home workouts on UA-cam, I put them on my tv and lay my mat in front of it. I also do a stationary bike for half an hour. It's all I can seem to be motivated to do indoors.
Girl I feel you… it’s so hard. And then for us the cold makes me not want to do anything except eat lol 😞
TJ's are normally not huge but let us know if you do find one! also highly recommend checking out their skin care. i always buy my facial oils there, they are luxury but half the price. jojoba and marula oil are amazing on your skin, nails, even hair !

Every Trader Joe’s I’ve been too was smallish…..it’s like the ALDI of Whole Foods. I liked it….not for everything….they have an eggplant parm that’s amazing. 💗

What helped me to stay consistent is having a mind set of “it’s only 30 mins”or “it’s only 1 hour” to get the workout done. Also I reward myself after - with a bomb meal. My favorite is a good bagel or scramble eggs, even a protein shake. 😊

My dogs do the same thing! They take any treats (even ice cubes) and run away from us to find a spot to eat them. Usually they end up on the living room on the carpet.
I think all Trader Joe's are that small. They have the best frozen foods/frozen ice cream treats/candy/holiday specialty items. At our they give you a thing of flowers if it's your first visit. Don't give up!! Go back in the fall/winter!!
