Nice video Aaron. I ran it last year and finished about 13 hours behind you. It was nice to see some of the parts of the course I ran through at night and had no idea what they looked like. Great job! :)
Thanks for the comment Stefan. It was a great experience, wasn’t it? I loved it. I heard Twin Sisters to Owen’s Creek looked great. All I saw was tree stump monsters 😆
@@irunovermountains Definitely my favorite race experience so far. Yes, the short out-and-back to a little summit after Twin Sisters on the way to Owen's Creek was one of the nicest views of the race for sure. I just remember my quads being shot and having difficulty getting over all the fallen trees in that section. Happy I didn't do that hallucinating and at night like you lol :)
@@irunovermountains I'd love to run Tahoe considering its only a couple hours from my house. For now, though, my next 200+ mile race will be the inaugural Cocodona 250 next May in Arizona. You?
Great job on the finish and the vlog! A awesome video of your experience and journey.

I was on that peak, Pompey Peak in pitch darkness, with a cloudless sky. It was beautiful. Plans to return for another one of Candice’s races?

See you there 😉
If I remember right from the book the oath is if I die it is my own fault and nobody else's???
Great video and amazing finish position.
Thanks, Robert. It’s a great race. Such an adventure. Looking forward to returning this summer
Well done Aaron xx
Awesome. I'm running it this year!
Oh that’s cool. I was planning it too, but have deferred my entry due to the virus
@@irunovermountains you mean if the race cancels? Or because of training
In case it cancels, but also because of travel changes relating to the pandemic, as I’m in Ireland.
@@irunovermountains Right. Hopefully by then it will have calmed down. I was going to run Zegama this year in Spain and that cancelled. :/
Oh crap!! I hope your Zegama entry rolls over to 2021 - it’s a hard race to get into. I have tried the last few years.
I like that they had an actual... sorry... THE actual Bigfoot on the route.
Any plans to race one of the 200s?
@@irunovermountains Ha, not at the moment! I haven't even done a marathon yet.
Great result well done son.
