Personally I’m more of a streetwear or model off duty type aesthetics and I haven’t really tried to branch out into other aesthetics besides the old money aesthetic for my job and this just inspires me to try different color palettes and different fabrics to see what works with my body
My perspective on personal style has always taken pieces of different aesthetics and molded them to fit together. I love punk alternative style a lot and most of my outfits share that general theme, however I often mix it up with other styles and I feel this makes my style more well rounded and suited to me personally. I love a comfy pastel sweater with chunky jewelry, a studded belt, and ripped jeans. I love wearing long flowy bohemian garments and contrasting them with my docs and dramatic makeup. In theory these things may not fit exactly into one aesthetic or the other, but they make me happy when I get dressed and that’s what matters the most. I support you on your journey to keep an open mind and never box yourself into any one thing!! I think it’s a very powerful message to send that, while you look beautiful in every single one of these outfits, that they alone cannot encapsulate you as a person.
for the dark academia outfit if you like the collared look, there are detachable collars that you can use under any shirt or sweater you like depending on the vibe or the season if the full collared shirt makes the outfit too hot or just doesn’t look right under certain tops!!
