How to Connect my Tvs iqueb st with my mobile pls suggest
Thank you so much, to connect you have to switch on Bluetooth of your phone device then search iqube, switch on scooter also. Keep your phone near to scooter cluster penal. It will easily connect. Try 3-4 times if any problem occur. Happy riding

Charger ki warranty kitne din ki hai... Maine iqube 09 2.2kwh puchaase ki hai 29.10.24 ko... Main iski warranty kaise aur kitne me badha sakta hun.
congratulations for new iQube 09. At present warranty is of 3 years 30,000 kms. If you want to extend warranty only for battery then price is 4500. For complete vehicle including charger price is 5999(Recommended). Extended warranty is +2years & +20000 additional kms.

one more solution is from service centre. Contact technician, he can fix this.
I have purchased Iqube S model recently and till date navigation festure is not working. Tried many times but not working.
Also, call notification is not working.
Also, 5 years extended warranty certificate is yet to be received by showroom. It's been close to 10 days now.
All these above issues make me unhappy.
But driving experience is good. 😊

Thank you so much for appreciation words. Your navigation & call notification will work after registration of vehicle by showroom. Plz contact Manager or Dealer owner if staff isn't providing you that certificate, sometimes staff make these silly mistakes. Driving experience is much better in S model. Happy Driving Sir.
After registration by the showroom which took almost 30-45 days, turn by turn navigation is working fine. Also, extended warranty certificate for 2 more years has been received by the showroom after 2 months.

iska matlab hota ha ki system mein kuchh error ha, may be something in wiring, wire connectors, may be battery cell. But its covered under warranty so don't worry, it will be rectified in workshop. Yes you are right that its coming in many vehicles but they are correcting in one visit.
I am in touch with ola, ather, chetak, vida.... almost all vehicles are facing same/some glitches. The main thing is how respective dealer has appointed quality manpower to handle such situations. Only TVS have common workshop with pertrol/ICE vehicles so customer's problem handling is better in comparison to others.

For 2.2 kw battery variant the warranty is for 3years or 30000 kms (whichever occur first)
For 3.4 kw & 5.1kw battery variants the warranty is for 3years or 50000 kms (whichever occur first)
Note :: Extended warranty in 3.4 kw variant available at extra cost

sometimes triangle comes when we ride iqube without proper booting process... restart & keep steady till booting process, if problem continues then contact service centre they will flesh the bms & resolve.

If there are many problems in iQube then reference sale or repeat buyers sale should be 0. Still according to data we use 80% iQube sales is from reference & reference suggestion is always from happy customers. Still if you are facing any issues then please contact TVS helpline they have very good customer oriented mechanism. You will definitely find solution. All the best.

may be your experience with TVS is old, nowadays TVS service team is focusing every customer. Just after 1 day of service TVS take feedback on whatsapp from each & every customer, any unsatisfied customer is taken care by TVS & dealership.

Chetsk best hai ..2.2kw battery bahut km hai aur hub maunt motor hai
chetak has quality issues, try to open boot space, ignition quality is not worth the price & brand. They are charging extra for TecPac. TVS iQube is giving it in same price. Charger watt is better in iQube(you get faster charging). Earthing is must in chetak but iQube its inbuilt in charger. 2.2kw is for city rides...75km real world range is sufficient for many families.
If you ride belt drive chetak you will feel jerks in braking, but iQube runs without jerks b'coz of hub motor.
This will be superb value for money and rich driving experience as well
