The Garden within is such a good book. I'm almost done reading it and the way you use notion to create your Mental Garden is nice . I'm a begginer at using Notion just downloaded a few weeks ago.

Hey Rashad! Congrats on reinventing your self. Thank for your support! Sometimes I’m really hard on myself when I don’t complete tasks but I have to remind myself that I’m not a robot and there are a lot of external factors that are sometimes outside of my control. I bounce back by just resetting each day rather than waiting for a new week or month.
