Yessss by the end of this video I had one from Guatape. I also had it a few other places to see how it compared. You will see in the video premiering in a few hours that I had one that was freshly made and that now was top tier! Even though its the same concept as a jamaican beef patty this has an entirely different flavor profile. The beef inside is shredded beef as opposed to the ground kind used in patties. And then the crust isnt a flaky pastry crust. It's made with corn flour so is more crispy and has a slight sweetness. They also traditionally put potato with the beef in the empanadas so it really felt like a nice Sunday roast wrapped into a small bite. So comforting! Yes, I'm glad we didn't have any major scares with Brian going up the stairs lol. Happy to have shown the view from top to you guys though!

Glad you enjoyed it! Colombia really was a vibe. Definitely one of the favorite trips we have taken so far. Well when my hair is damp I apply a light scalp nourishing leave in followed by a curling cream (usually use the shea moisture brand). That normally does the trick. Some parts of my hair does curl better than the others so sometimes I have to assist a few of them in the front my just finger coiling what didn't curl on its own. Hope that helps!
Yes, it does. My hair curls great from the middle and back, but the sides and the front doesn't curl as much as the back.. I use the Shea products also, along with Miss Jessie's Multi Cultural Curls. We were using a translator every now and again, but many of the place it was pretty loud and we found it difficult for either us or the person we were communicating with. I do know some basic Spanish so I put my very limited knowledge to use coupled with good ole unofficial sign language 😆

I knew it was somewhere in Latin America. I want to go to Panama and Colombia. I need to get on y’all travel level.
We haven’t been to Panama yet but hopefully one day! Haha well just gotta plan and then get up and go! We only live once, so have to make the most of it.

Wanted You To Know That It's Not Out Of The Ordinary And Very Common For Those Of Us Who Reside Geographically Below Sea Level To Experience The Challenge Of Distant Walking When Traveling Especially In High Altitudes. I've Experienced A Couple Of Times When Traveling To Both COLOMBIA & PERU. Sometimes You Have To Acclimate Yourself To The Climate Locale Etc. I Live On Southeast Texas Coastline And It Taken Me Five Days To Acclimate While In Peru. Enjoyed Your Video!

I think it's just always one of those things that when it's our first time going our bodies really still feel challenged even when we try to mentally prepare ourselves for the changes. Alec, congrats for walking up those 750 steps 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Bryan, I would have looked at that rock and said, "I'm good, Lol!! I would have maybe walked 25 steps, then came back down and walked around the shopping area. Beef and potatoes empanadas LOVE IT!! I like empanadas anyway.
Haha and just chilled and had a beer with a view right! Oh yes, those empanadas were lovely. As a man that loves his savory pastries this was right up my alley. Simple flavors that together make the perfect comfort food!

My hair curls up, only when it's wet...when dry, it's a very soft fro.

Well when my hair is damp I apply a light scalp nourishing leave in followed by a curling cream (usually use the shea moisture brand). That normally does the trick. Some parts of my hair does curl better than the others so sometimes I have to assist a few of them in the front my just finger coiling what didn't curl on its own. Hope that helps!
Yes, it does. My hair curls great from the middle and back, but the sides and the front doesn't curl as much as the back.. I use the Shea products also, along with Miss Jessie's Multi Cultural Curls. I just purchased a Hair Twist Sponge, so hopefully that will help also. Thanks for replying back!

We were using a translator every now and again, but many of the place it was pretty loud and we found it difficult for either us or the person we were communicating with. I do know some basic Spanish so I put my very limited knowledge to use coupled with good ole unofficial sign language 😆
