Not sure if you can post links, so I won't, however if you google "Soundcloud disappearing click track" there is one that has tracks between 80 & 192 BPM that I found years ago and still use to this day. It breaks them up, so it might skip a bar, a couple of bars, a few bars, and a bunch of bars. I am sure there are more out there, but these are the ones that I use.

@@cesarl3639 I've been using them off & on for the past couple of years. They do help big time. I am using them again trying to tighten my rhythm up. I used to use it to play scales up & down, over & over. I still do from time-to-time, but now I use them to play songs to, practice licks with, and mess around with strumming patterns. Have fun!

    Personal tips:
    - practice with metronome, then without
    - identify and remember a couple of songs with specific bpm, like "stayin' alive" or "the imperial march" to have as mental reference
    - try to keep time in other activities, learn to estimate time (set a timer for I.e. 30', go perform other tasks and come back in 30')
    - practice without instruments whenever you've got a chance (at work, on commute, etc)
    - listen to music and songs with different tempos, then with different time signatures and rhythms 😊
