If you open the Coinbase account by following your steps including making a bank funds transfer to purchase Bitcoin....Coinbase is not allowing the "send part" described at 3:30 of your video b/c Coinbase is saying the funds won't be available for 6 days. Is this tutorial only good for those with an existing Coinbase account? I don't think you could have tested that since you are already a long time Coinbase account holder. Please advise.

This was a pretty complicated process due to the fact that my screen display is different from yours. I spent a good bit of time trying to figure it out and once I got to the last step to buy Dogecoin it said attempt failed. I tried to get support from the website but it says nothing really. I tried to download the app and was denied access several times even though I changed my password a few times and now I am currently locked out for two hours. So frustrating
What's the benefit of doing it this way instead of a platform like Voyager where they sell Doge and it's free? Is there some hidden problem I'm not aware of and should I move out of there?

It is better to own the actual coin because you are able to trade your profits for other coins and it won’t be treated as capital gains. (Therefore profits remain untaxed) On the other hand the moment you sell your stocks on Robinhood your profits off of doge are going to instantly be taxable

Once you’ve purchased doge, would you trade it back to btc and send it back to Coinbase in order to get money? Or can you do that from kucoin?
You can sell it back for bitcoin, yes. The only thing you need coinbase for is to pull the money out into your bank account and put it in

My deposit from Coinbase to Kucoin never showed up. The following is what I received from Kucoin after I inquired about my deposit. "Your deposit can't be credited to your KuCoin account since you did not fill out the Memo/Tag/Message (Which you can find from the deposit page). However, KuCoin may assist with the recovery indiscretion and to the extent feasible due to the pertinent process that may contain significant resource consumption as well as time and risk cost. Thus we will require a processing fee of 30 USDT." I didn't see a memo/tag/message anywhere, did you? I'm new to crypto so I don't even know how to give them their f'n $30 to get my deposit back.

I transferred BTC to KUcoin, Then transferred to trading account. Then nothing. It wants some sfc code that is beyond me along with endless other codes confirmation codes both email and phone and 3 hours later extremely frustrated I quit. The chat does not respond. But, they have my bit of bitcoin.

It’s hard to get money in there if you’re from the US. A lot of banks won’t let you. If your bank will directly connect with them than you are fine
